In and Out of Sync: an Example of Gestalt Therapy

Abstract This article emphasizes the importance of synchronization in changing patients’ dysfunctional patterns thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to functional ones. Furthermore, concept psychotherapy is delineated herein, showing its feasibility through free energy principle. Most sync-oriented publications focus on therapist-patient relationship. In contrast, this focusing therapeutic process, especially by analyzing how units—both an individual’s mind, as well social relationships—assemble synchrony helps disassemble replace them with units. As example, Gestalt psychology are demonstrated lenses synchronization, supported diverse case studies.
